How do I know the delivery quotes?

The prices are weight and size dependant.

The shop system will show you detailed delivery costs, BEFORE you send the order.

Do I get a refund of the Swiss TAX?

Yes, after you did make your account, the shop will show you all prices without TAX.

Are there any further costs?

Yes, there will be some TAX/VAT costs on the US side, which we don't know.

Do I have to make any US custom work?

If everything is going normal, no, you don't have to.

We will start an Export and the following import.

Do I get support, in mail or phone?

Of course, you are welcome.

BUT pay attention to the time shift. Our phones may be closed.
